The precision µX8600 is an effective X-ray inspection system for Printed circuit boards with ICs such as BGAs. The camera's tilt function allows for inspection of objects in three dimensions. This allows inspection of various components such as multilayer PCBs, voids, barrel fill (THT), etc.

By tilting the camera, large objects can be observed from an angle without being fixed. Furthermore, the use of a turntable eliminates the need to open the door to fine-tune the object position for efficient oblique observation.
