The precision µX8600 is an effective X-ray inspection system for Printed circuit boards with ICs such as BGAs. The camera's tilt function allows for inspection of objects in three dimensions. This allows inspection of various components such as multilayer PCBs, voids, barrel fill (THT), etc.
Multi-angle view with tilting camera
X-ray camera can be tilted to capture images from various angles. Equipped with a large stage to accommodate large specimens
By tilting the camera, large objects can be observed from an angle without being fixed. Furthermore, the use of a turntable eliminates the need to open the door to fine-tune the object position for efficient oblique observation.

Large sliding door
The large stage X: 400 mm × Y: 450 mm enables the inspection of large workpieces such as large printed circuit boards (PCB)s.
The wide opening allows easy loading and unloading of objects and improves work efficiency.
High resolution camera
Equipped with a 3-megapixel (optional 6-megapixel) detector, the precision μX8600 enables you to achieve clear images with high resolution.
Metal artifact reduction function

The HDR-Pro function produces a wide dynamic range of radiographic images. This function makes it easier to see areas that are too bright and overexposed or dark and difficult to see. You can observe with X-ray images of optimal quality.
