The precision µB3600 is a benchtop, high-performance 90 kV X-ray microscope. This is a compact X-ray inspection system representing Matsusada Precision that has been perfected using a proprietary microfocus X-ray tube and traditional high-voltage X-ray technology.

The μB3600 offers ultimate image resolution and performance with the industry's high level of magnification based on Matsusada's superior mechanical engineering design.
There is no need to install a large and stationary-type X-ray inspection system for high magnification observations. With its compact design, the precision μB3600 X-ray inspection system provides high performance and magnification equivalent to ones of an existing stationary type system. It comes with an advanced high-voltage power supply and the X-ray tube developed by Matsusada Precision, which is Japan's leading provider of high-voltage power supply devices.

Compact and Powerful
The X-ray tube developed by Matsusada enables you to obtain a high-quality vision of X-ray output.
It used to be a large and high power-vision system required for objects containing metals that are difficult to vision, even small, palm-sized objects. The precision μB3600 desktop employs a dedicated high-voltage power supply and a proprietary X-ray tube to offer a high power of 90 kV. There is no longer such huge, space-consuming equipment.

We upgraded the precision μB3600 X-ray inspection system with advanced features of the high-resolution 1.5-mega pixel camera, the latest image processing technology, and the proprietary X-ray tube to provide unprecedented image quality.
With a combination of the high-resolution camera (14-bit), X-ray tube developed by Mastusada, and the latest image processing function HDR-Pro, the precision μb3600 enables you to obtain high-quality images with a wide dynamic range. This allows for inspection and fault analysis improvement.
Large Field of View Available
Expanded field of view (X: 58 mm and Y: 50 mm) can be supported with the height adjustment stage (sold separately).

The radiographic images produced in HDR-Pro are available with wide and dynamic ranges. The HDR-Pro allows for a clear display without sacrificing the tones in the white or black areas.
