Piezoelectric Actuators
Piezoelectric Actuators feature compact, strong forces, high-precision positioning in the nanometer range, a very short response time of less than 1ms, and low power consumption. Closed-loop actuators incorporate a capacitive feedback position sensor to enable low hysteresis (highly accurate position control). The open-loop style actuators are simple and compact actuators.
