Matsusada Precision announces the release of 6 kV high voltage power supply K10-6P and K10-6N, designed as SEM and MASS application. The new HV power supply provides 0-6kV with only 60 mV peak to peak of ripple and noise. Except for SEM, it is available for detectors such as MCP/PMT or acceleration and lens for Electron or Ion beam applications.
