Piezo Driver is a high-voltage amplifier-type power supply required to control the extension and retraction of piezo actuators and piezo stages. Piezo drivers are also known as linear amplifiers for driving piezo actuators. Piezo drivers and piezo controllers have two types of control: open-loop control and closed-loop control with a strain gauge connected. Closed-loop control with a strain gauge connected can compensate for the hysteresis inherent in piezoelectric devices.
